MEH TO DEADASS

for 'brands' that know something feels off visually but can't fully explain why yet…

This isn’t really the: “change one logo and suddenly everything is fixed” type of situation. I’m talking about the full visual feeling of the brand: the identity, the tone, the socials, the color pairings, the layouts, the little details, and all the stuff people subconsciously remember later.

Think

Think

logo suite, font pairings, color systems, visual direction, social graphics, templates, guidelines, show posters (only if you're a musician), and all the little things that help everything finally feel like it belongs together.

AND YEAH… the scope can definitely flex depending on the project.

Some people only need a cleaner identity system + visuals that finally match. Some want the full visual universe experience with merch, packaging, extra assets, social systems, and all the other little details. So yeah it usually depends on: the budget, timelines, amount of assets, and how deep we wanna push the branding overall

TIMELINE WISE⏰

Usually starts around a minimum of
2 weeks depending on the scope of the branding, amount of assets, and how deep the visual direction goes.

If you already have: deadlines, launch plans, existing visuals, references, or current branding stuff

that needs to be followed, definitely include all of that in the inquiry form

so everything stays clear from the beginning.

PICK SPARK 'MF' DROP + SEND THE INQUIRY

🦐

Start by filling out the inquiry form with: references, current visuals, moodboards, timelines, inspiration, or honestly anything that helps me understand the brand better.

If you already have: Logos, existing assets, brand guidelines, launch plans, packaging references, social layouts, any nspirations, or visuals that absolutely need to stay — PLEASE send (in the inquiry form) those before onboarding too so everything stays clear from the beginning.

And if your current branding situation is basically: “nothing matches anymore” …yeah this is probably the right place

REVIEW + ON-BOARDING

Once I review your inquiry and everything feels aligned, I’ll send over:

  • the contract

  • invoice

  • onboarding details

Projects can be paid either 50% upfront or 100% upfront. If you choose the 50% option, the remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.

Once the initial payment is confirmed, we’re officially good to go. From there, project updates and communication can happen through email, or whatever platform makes the most sense for the project.

I already have my own contract system built into the workflow, but if you’re working through a label, management team, or need an NDA agreement, you can share those details or documents through the inquiry form too.

DESIGN + PROJECT FLOW

🍄

Once everything is locked in and the initial payment is confirmed, the project officially begins. From there, we’ll keep everything organized through whatever makes the most sense for the project — email, Figma, or the relevant project platform.

Usually, the process goes something like:

researching the vibe → moodboarding → designing → revisions → finalizing everything 😭

Every project includes 2 rounds of free revisions so we can properly refine things before delivery.

If the project grows beyond the original agreed scope, additional requests or assets may require an updated fee and timeline.

FINAL FILES + OFF-BOARDING

Once the project is approved and the final payment is completed, I’ll send over: • final files • organized exports • handover letter for the artwork rights ‍

If there’s label paperwork, NDA situations, or additional usage terms involved, we can continue sorting all of that through the client portal together.
