Flexible Scope.

some people only need a clean identity + site setup. some want the full visual universe experience. so the scope usually depends on the budget, timelines, amount of assets, and how deep we’re building everything overall.

TIMELINE WISE⏰

Timeline-wise this usually lives somewhere around: 3 weeks up to a month+ depending on how built-out the project becomes.

Because this isn’t just: “make a few graphics.” It’s branding, website, visuals, layouts, revisions, world-building, and making sure the whole thing actually feels connected from start to finish

PICK SPARK 'MF' DROP + SEND THE INQUIRY

💅🏻

Start by filling out the inquiry form with: references, moodboards, website inspirations, timelines, current branding (if any), launch plans, or honestly anything that helps me understand the world you’re trying to build. ‍

If you do brand refresh for this and already have: logos, fonts, color palettes, existing websites, brand guidelines, management notes, or visual directions that NEED to be followed — definitely send those in inquiry form before onboarding so everything stays clear from the beginning.

REVIEW + ON-BOARDING

Once I review your inquiry and everything feels aligned, I’ll send over:

  • the contract

  • invoice

  • onboarding details

Projects can be paid either 50% upfront or 100% upfront. If you choose the 50% option, the remaining balance is due before final files are delivered.

Once the initial payment is confirmed, we’re officially good to go. From there, project updates and communication can happen through email, or whatever platform makes the most sense for the project.

I already have my own contract system built into the workflow, but if you’re working through a label, management team, or need an NDA agreement, you can share those details or documents through the inquiry form too.

BRANDING PHASE → WEBSITE PHASE

🍄

Once everything is locked in and the initial payment is confirmed, the project officially begins.

The FULL SET usually happens in 2 major phases: first, the branding system. Then, the website design built around that branding.

The branding phase can include things like: logo suite, typography, colors, visual direction, layouts, social systems, and overall identity building.

Once the branding direction feels locked in, THEN we move into the website phase so everything actually feels connected instead of fighting each other visually.

For the website, I can work through Figma, Framer, or Readymag, depending on what the project needs.

Both phases include 2 rounds of free revisions. Revisions are mainly for refining and improving the approved direction — not restarting the entire project from zero halfway through because suddenly we wanna become another brand entirely.

FINAL FILES + OFF-BOARDING

Once the project is approved and the final payment is completed, I’ll send over: • final files • organized exports • handover letter for the artwork rights and website handover. ‍

If there’s label paperwork, NDA situations, or additional usage terms involved, we can continue sorting all of that through the client portal together.
